A charming Victorian property, Fairhaven was built in the early 1900s whilst maintaining its traditional rustic charm, modern facilities throughout and a perfect location in the heart of a bustling award-winning seaside town, enabling you to park up and walk to the numerous local beaches, pubs, restaurants and shops.

A modern open plan sunken kitchen/diner, encompassing a charming TV snug and cosy period log burner, for the winter months.  The utility room houses a washer/dryer. Russell Hobbs appliances and Tassimo coffee machine offer all the comforts of home.

A large living room, with a 55-inch LG smart TV and a rustic period log burner, provides the perfect escape after a long day at the beach or exploring the spectacular North Cornwall coastline.

The self-contained walled garden offers a large decking area with ample garden furniture, offering the perfect spot to unwind after a busy summer’s day on the beach or exploring the local scenery. 

Sleeping accommodation consists of three double bedrooms on the first floor, all with smart TVs and period fireplaces (not functioning). 

Bedroom 1 houses a Superking, zip-up bed, which can be configured to provide 2 single beds.  Please advise on booking which configuration best suits you. Bedroom 2 contains a king bed, with bedroom 3 housing a double bed with a Memory Foam mattress.

A family bathroom and office/study complete the accommodation on the first floor.

The third floor houses the master suite, encompassing a super king, a large single sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom. 

Off-street parking and a carport are available for 3 vehicles.
